Silver Feather Media Services Pvt. Ltd. provides advertising, event management, branding, and related services. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
All services are provided based on a mutually agreed scope of work. Quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of issue. Any changes to the project scope after agreement may result in additional charges.
Payment terms are specified in each project proposal or agreement. Typically, an advance payment is required before work commences, with the balance due upon completion or as per the agreed schedule. Late payments may result in project delays.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information, materials, and approvals required for the project. Delays in providing these may affect delivery timelines.
Upon full payment, the client owns the final deliverables created specifically for their project. Silver Feather Media retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellation policies are outlined in individual project agreements. Generally, work already completed is non-refundable. Any advance paid toward work not yet started may be refunded minus administrative charges.
Silver Feather Media shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
Some projects may involve third-party vendors (printing, fabrication, venues, etc.). While we coordinate these services, we cannot be held responsible for delays or issues caused by third parties beyond our control.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
